Tapioca cake

Ingredients: 
1 1/3 cup rice flour 
1 cup tapioca gum (I used Akio) 
1 1/2 cup of sugar 
200gr of grated coconut 
1/2 cup oil 
100ml  coconut milk 
4 eggs 
1 tablespoon of baking powder 

Directions: 
Beat the eggs, oil, sugar and coconut milk. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Bake in moderate oven (180C) for 30 minutes.
