Orange cake with coconut flour


Ingredients: 

1cup coconut flour
1 ½ cup gluten-free flour (1 cup. rice flour and ¼ xíc. cassava starch and ¼ xíc. potato starch)
2 orange juice (about 100ml)
2 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
2 Tbsp. oil
¼ cup milk
1Tbsp. baking powder or baking soda
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup molasses


Directions:

Beat the egg whites and set aside.
Whisk the egg yolks, molasses and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the remaining liquid and mix again. Add the flour and mix until smooth.
Finally add the yeast and egg whites. Mix it gently and place the dough in a greased and floured way to bake in preheated 180C/370F oven for 45 minutes.
