Cassava Bread


Ingredients: 
1 cup. boiled cassava 
2 eggs 
salt 
½ teaspoon baking soda, optional 
1 tablespoon yeast 
1 and ½ cup rice flour 
1 cup. cassava starch 
½ cup of warm water 
½ cup vegetable warm milk
Nuts to taste, optional 
3 tablespoons olive oil 
1 tablespoon brown sugar 


Directions:
Blend the eggs, oil, salt, sodium, cassava and water with milk. In a bowl, mix the liquids and  add all the dry ingredients. Beat it with an electric mixer for about 3 minutes, place in greased pan and let rest for about 20 minutes. In a preheated 180C/370F oven, bake it for 30 minutes. Unmold still hot.
